After successful deliberations and strategic plannings on the way forward for the country’s football, the newly elected Executive Committee of the Sierra Leone Football Association has today ended a three-day retreat held at the Tokeh Beach Resort Conference Hall.

The retreat, which was presided over by the SLFA President Thomas Daddy Brima, was very thorough in addressing issues surrounding football in Sierra Leone, as Regional Chairmen also presented a status report on football activities and challenges faced in their respective regions.

SLFA Heads of Departments were also asked to update the Exco on their functions and operations in the past years and the current status of their respective offices.

At the end of the fruitful deliberations, a clear pathway was mapped out to ensure the smooth running and rapid progress of football in the country.

Further details on specific executive resolutions will be published later.
